This $25M D&C contract was awarded to Hutchies as the result of a selected tender process. Due to be completed in 2019, Hutchies is conducting the civil works, as well as the construction of 96 two, three and four bedroom townhouses, in Brisbane's growing hub in the award winning North Lakes master planned community.
