Soda apartments was the first of numerous new high-rise mixed use developments in the burgeoning South Brisbane precinct. Built during the current cycle and delivered under the design and construct model with Hutchinson Builders, Soda comprises 131 residential apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, with a retail precinct on ground floor which forms part of trendy Fish Lane.
