The Hutchinson's team demonstrated excellent management of the construction programme with the project proceeding to, or ahead of, programme. Resource scheduling and programming information was readily shared with accurate programme updates prepared and submitted for the Principal's review. Discussions on contract variations and client changes were always conducted professionally and without animosity. In my opinion this quality above all else sets Hutchinson Builders apart from other contractors, Peter Lee and Rob Weymouth at all times approached contract changes with fairness and integrity. Hutchinson's conduct on this contract has been exemplary and reinforced their strong business reputation.
